Meet Sassy!

Sassy is a cockatiel who was an owner surrender and unfortunately it’s all to common to see this with birds.

Sassy’s spirited personality, quirkiness, love, and beauty will always be cherished. She is a permanent part of our FSTT family and will play a vital role in our educational workshops, helping to teach others about the care and responsibility of bird companionship.

Meet Sandstorm, the Bearded Dragon!

Sandstorm came to us through GVAC Rescue as an owner surrender, and it didn’t take long for her to win our hearts. We knew right away that she belonged in our forever family.

Now a beloved part of our store, Sandstorm charms everyone she meets. She’s sparked curiosity and smiles from customers of all ages, becoming a true ambassador for her species.

Sandstorm will also play a key role in our upcoming education workshops, helping people learn more about bearded dragons and responsible reptile care. We’re thrilled to have her as part of our team!

Meet Ed!

Ed is our resident Corn Snake—well, a Corn Snake hybrid, to be exact. While we’re not quite sure what he’s mixed with, one thing’s for sure: we love him just the same.

Ed was taken in by one of our owners five years ago from Alberta. He lived happily with their family until recently, when it made the most sense for him to join us here at the store.

He is, scales down, the sweetest and most docile snake you’ll ever meet. With quirky traits—like his habit of not coiling to hold on—Ed has charmed even the most skeptical visitors. It’s no surprise he’s become one of our biggest celebrities, with fans stopping by to see him daily.

Ed will also be a key part of our educational workshops, where we’re sure he’ll slither his way right into your heart.

Meet ? — Our Ornate Uromastyx!

The name “?” is just a placeholder for now as we search for the perfect name to match his vibrant personality.

Ornate Uromastyx are truly one-of-a-kind — bursting with color, charm, and prehistoric flair. With their spiky tails and dinosaur-like features, they give off serious Ankylosaurus vibes. Just look at those tiny eyes and rugged scales!

We’re beyond excited to welcome him as a unique ambassador for our store. He’s already stealing hearts, and we can’t wait to share more of his journey with you.
